Here is a marvellous video on Vimeo produced by Buck. It highlights the real need for foundational structures to be put in place before other social problems are tackled - the foundation is education. Now it doesn't mention that if a family is in poverty - has insufficient food, shelter or health care - that it wont be easy for children to access education, but I guess we have to start somewhere.
