RSA Animate - Superfreakonomics

This seems to be an older video, where they haven't yet got the tracking right with the camera; it is quite jerky. I wonder how they fix it for the later videos? Do they put the camera on the artist's shoulder? Do they have a laser guide that follows the pen tip?
