Final thoughts for the day

1. Caffeine might be the only thing to get me through the last of my thesis writing.
2. Promissory estoppel and laches are words I read in a post and immediately assumed that the writer hadn't used spell-check, but it turns out that they are real words and despite me looking up their legal definitions I still think they look too fake to be taken seriously in any lawyerly settings.
